LT 28 internal fans only blowing hot air

so its summer and im driving around with hot air pelting out at me all the time, anyone know what this might be?

when i turn the knob to cold it just keeps coming out hot....

any suggestions very gratefully accepted

It sounds like the control cables are not doing their job except there is no knob in a Series1 LT, just levers.

You are in the wrong place for Series2, post 97, vans, though it may be the same cause.
